Kale & A Kronut!
I should start this off by saying I've never cooked kale or baked cronuts (cross between a croissant & a donut) in my entire life.
My Chef Karly style is somewhere in between those two extremes.
A common misconception with healthy cooking is that it has to "taste" healthy and many are calorie count obsessed. I'm the farthest thing from that. You don't have to worry about the calories if you don't eat the carbs! (That's not entirely true but like everything in life, moderation is key).
Now, during the weekend, I try to stay on the "kale" side of things but sometimes I sneak a "kronut" or two!! I love to bake, I love sweets, I love making the kitchen smell like butter. You'll see a few of those recipes throughout the blog but like I said earlier, moderation is key.
