The Seychelles Footwear girl is romantic and independent, “with a sharp eye for mixing the best vintage elements with modern designs.” This brand creates shoes for fashion explorers which we simply adore. Seychelles has been with Peachy Keen since the beginning because they’re stylish, comfortable, and oh so versatile! We consider them a staple in any peach’s wardrobe!

Started in Los Angeles in 1984, Seychelles has always been about being fashion-forward. They originally favored jeweled sandals and western boots. In 1999, the company changed leadership and took a new style direction under the guidance of president Sari Ratsula. Seychelles now designs modern shoe styles with brilliant vintage details. They’re a perfect fit for our vintage to vogue mentality.
Seychelles’ sister brand, BC Footwear, is perfect for the budget fashionista and we have them in stock, too. They’re affordable and stylish - you just can’t beat that! Like Seychelles, BC is about pairing modern with vintage to create timeless pieces.
Celebrities from Taylor Swift to Miley Cyrus love wearing Seychelles. AnnaLynne McCord from 90210 has been spotted sporting the brand. Ashley Tisdale loves her Seychelles Under Construction boots and has been seen wearing BC Footwear, too!
My Seychelles and BC Footwear are always comfortable, even when I have a lot of walking to do. Between the two brands there is truly a shoe for every occasion and every style. You can wear them during the day, when you go out with friends, and for dressy evenings. I wear their wedges or heels from work, out to dinner and even to the bar afterward, with no problems. It’s safe to say I am obsessed with these shoes; they’re like a vacation for your feet!
Seychelles is known to work with various charities, including the American Red Cross and the American Cancer Society. They even opened their offices to local Heart of L.A. high school, showing members of the Career and College Club what it takes to run a business. You know we love a business helping out local charity!
According to Seychelles, the girl who wears their shoes “knows who she is, has command over her personal style, and makes fashion work for her.” I’d say that sounds just like my peaches! With new styles arriving all the time, I know we’ll have a pair of Seychelles or BC which will appeal to your one-of-a-kind fashion sense, so come check them out!
